TINGLEY Flite 28259 Safety Toe Knee Boot with Safety-Loc Outsole

The Tingley Flite Safety Toe Knee Boot with Safety-Loc Outsole is constructed from Aerex 1.5.5, a proprietary, chemical-resistant, thermally-insulative, microcellular polymer. This results in boots that are more than 40-percent lighter than most steel toe PVC and rubber knee boots. The lightweight upper, cushioned heel, slip-resistant nitrile rubber outsole, and composite toe provide superior comfort and safety. The boots are ideal for a wide variety of applications, including food processing (dairy, meats, vegetables, and refrigerated/frozen foods), farm/agriculture, chemical, and petrochemical industries. The Flite boots offer superior chemical resistance to fats, oils, hydrocarbons, certain acids, and caustics, making them an excellent choice for food processing and petrochemical applications.

The boots have a 15-inch height gray upper with a composite safety toe and an orange Safety-Loc outsole. The composite safety toe meets ASTM F2413 M/I/C EH standards and will not set off metal detectors. The durable, seamless upper is 100-percent liquid proof, and the Safety-Loc, slip-resistant, nitrile rubber outsole provides superior grip on dry, wet, and contaminated surfaces. Additionally, tiny air bubbles trapped within the material of the boots keep feet warm in the cold and cooler in the heat.
